Nepali Foods

Nepalese foods are nutritious and low in fat. Lentil Soups, curries, Rice, Momo, vegetables, salads, lean meat, pickles, Paratha, Chapati and curd are common foods. Tomatoes, chilies, cumin, bay leaf, cinamon, sesme seeds, coriander, garlic, and mustard oil are among the components.

Nepalese cuisine are getting poplar around the world, recently Mr. santosh shah from Nepal won BBC masterschef title based on Nepali food. We have a number of dishes that are a blend of amazing flavours that are lip-smacking. Nepalese meals is supposed to be healthy and cooked in less fat. The common dishes involve Lentil soups, curries, Momos, Paratha, mix vegetable curry, Paneer, salads, meat curry, pickles, and curd. The ingredients include tomatoes, chillies, coriander, garlic, onion, cinamon and mustard oil.
