Our Nepali cooking school runs at an authuntic home kitchen, the Nepali cooking classes typically focus on traditional Nepali dishes such as Momo (Yummy dumplings filled with meat or vegetable), main Nepali Meal DalBhat (rice, lentils and curry), and Paratha (stuffed bread), Chapati. Our home cooking class are led by experienced Nepali Aama cook who are passionate about sharing her culture and cuisine with love.

Himanshu Homestay has newly built home in the traditional Newari style features the region's distinctive terracotta tiles and antique carved wood doors and windows. It has three guest rooms with en suites. Two of the guest rooms are in a separate building beside the main home.
